"Nice stay, but the bathrooms were a letdown"
I had a good time overall. The cabins were clean, the trails were easy to follow, and renting a kayak ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. I guess I expected the bathrooms to be on the same level as everything else, but they weren’t quite there. Not a dealbreaker, just something that could definitely be improved

"Booking went smoothly, but once I arrived..."
Booking went smoothly, but once I arrived, the check-in process felt a little scattered. I kept trying to piece together where to go based on the signs, but the entry points and directions didn’t really follow an obvious pattern. The staff did help me get sorted in the end, which I appreciated, but after a long drive it took more time and effort than I was expecting.

"Pretty nice spot, but the cabin let me down a bit"
I liked the campsite at first, it had a nice, relaxed feel and the location was pleasant. But once we got into the cabin, my mood kind of changed. The beds felt old and not super clean, which was disappointing because I really wanted to fully enjoy the stay. Overall, it was decent, just not as comfortable as I hoped...
"Surprisingly good WiFi, right?"
I had a solid cell signal, and the WiFi worked fine at night too. it was better than I expected for a park, especially being out there, you know?
"Nice stay, but not as pet-friendly as I hoped"
Overall, it was a nice place and we had a decent stay. But... traveling with our dog ended up being more complicated than I expected. Quite a few areas and trails were off limits, so we had to plan around that more than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience by any means, just maybe not the best spot if you’re hoping for a really easy, dog-friendly trip

"Nice stay, but the late-night noise stuck with me"
It was a really nice spot overall, and I remember feeling relaxed when we first got settled in. The only downside was the noise after quiet hours. I still think about trying to fall asleep and hearing people outside later than expected, which took away from the calm feeling a bit. It would’ve been a much better experience if quiet hours were enforced more consistently.

"Road in was honestly better than I expected"
Went up to the park last weekend. Was kind of expecting a rough drive after seeing a few mixed comments, but nope. The access road was actually in good shape. Normal car was totally fine. Signs were clear, only a few small potholes here and there, nothing stressful. It had rained too, so I was watching for sketchy spots, but it still felt safe. Made the whole trip way easier. Easy 5 stars.
"Pretty accessible overall, with a couple bumps"
We booked a cabin and I was happy to see the trail info was clear for reduced mobility. Parking and the washrooms were easy enough to manage, and the staff were helpful when we needed them. A few of the paths were still a bit rough with my chair, well, not terrible, but definitely not totally smooth either. Overall though, it was a good experience and I’d go back.

"The prices felt fair to…"
The prices felt fair to me, and for what we got, it was definitely worth it for us

"Too crowded on weekends"
It’s a nice place overall, but most weekends it’s so packed that it kind of takes the fun out of going. I mentioned it to staff once and felt a bit dismissed, like it wasn’t really a concern. I’d probably enjoy it more on a quieter day

"Clear signs and GREAT trails"
I used sepaq.com to plan our hike last weekend, it was pretty much spot on. The trails were in REALLY good shape, even after some rain, with just a few muddy spots here and there.
The route signs were super easy to follow and matched what I’d seen on the site. We didn’t get turned around once, which is kind of a BIG deal for me lol. Definitely a 5-star experience.

"Decent stay, but some maintenance issues"
Stayed at a Sépaq site for the weekend and overall it was okay. The place was mostly clean and the bathrooms were usable, though they definitely didn’t feel super fresh by the end of the day. Some of the facilities seemed a bit worn out, like broken hooks and older picnic tables, which felt avoidable with a bit more upkeep. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but maintenance could be better. Not a bad stay, just average

"Nice views, though maybe it’s just me"
It was a spot and the views were definitely nice. The trails were fine too, but maybe it’s just me, I didn’t find it quite as special as I expected. Still a decent place to check out if you’re nearby.

"Rules weren’t unclear or unfair"
The rules were posted pretty much everywhere, so there wasn’t nothing confusing about what to do. The staff enforced them too, but they didn’t make no big scene out of it, which I appreciated.

"Parking was easy every time I visited"
I used SEPAQ before a few of our park trips, and the parking details were actually helpful. From my experience, it made it easy to know where to go before we even left the house.
Each time we arrived, finding a spot was simple. Even on a busier day, there was enough parking and the layout was clear enough that we didn’t end up circling around or getting frustrated.
That alone made the visits feel more relaxed. After dealing with stressful parking at other places, I really appreciated how smooth it was here, and I’d happily give it 5 stars for that.

"Easy to Find Parks Close By"
I like using Sépaq because there are parks close to where I live, so it’s easy to plan a quick trip without a lot of hassle. The booking process was fine, and the park information helped me know what to expect. It’s not perfect, but since the locations are easy to reach, it ends up being really convenient overall.

"We stayed at the park sometime in early..."
We stayed at the park sometime in early June, or maybe it was late May, and overall it was a really good experience. The trails had clear safety info, and I remember seeing emergency numbers posted at the visitor center, which made us feel a lot more prepared. The staff were friendly and answered our questions quickly. The only downside was that a few of the signs looked a bit worn and were kind of hard to read. Even so, we felt safe and comfortable while we were there...

"Very nature-filled, for better or worse"
There were definitely a lot of bugs once dusk hit, but you know, totally fine, that’s camping, right? We also saw deer and even a fox close to our site, which made the kids absolutely thrilled. Booking was easy too, so overall it felt like a real outdoor adventure

"Pretty smooth once I actually had to use it"
I don’t usually pay a ton of attention to cancellation policies when I’m booking a cabin, aside from a quick skim, because I’m always assuming the trip will happen. This time, though, plans changed at the last minute and I had to cancel through Sepaq. I was expecting it to be a whole annoying process, but the dates and fees were laid out clearly enough on the site, so I wasn’t guessing what would happen. I sent the request online, and the refund came back faster than I expected. No endless emails or back and forth, which was a relief. It was just nice to use a site that actually followed the rules it posted.
